Where is my Package?

Possible reasons your package did not arrive on time or has not yet arrived:

1. Shipping address given was incorrect. Please use your complete and proper mailing address as per the United States Postal Service, USPS.com. If the address given is incorrect one of two things will happen

a) The USPS database will reject the address and you will receive an email requesting the correct address.
b) Your package will be shipped to an incorrect address and usually spend the next 30 days boomeranging its way back to our facility.

2. The address given when you placed your order does not match the billing address of the credit card used. YOUR ORDER WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL THE ADDRESSES MATCH. As per the regulations of our credit card processor we are only authorized to ship to the billing address and your signature is required. You may want to talk your bank, call the number on the back of your credit card, and add your shipping address to your account thereby making your mailing address a billing address too. We have to error on the side of caution when it comes to credit card security.

3. Initial delivery attempt failed. All packages are shipped via USPS Priority with signature confirmation. In order to receive your package YOU must sign for it. Your signature is necessary in order for us to complete the transaction. Please check with your local post office if you missed the initial delivery attempt or click here to setup redelivery. (check your email for the tracking number from USPS.com)

4. Email address given was incorrect. If there is an issue with your order we will attempt to contact you via email. Your email however is the only means for us to have contact with you so if your email was entered incorrect in the order process then will not receive this information. You should also receive and email notification from USPS.com with your tracking information.

5. APO, AA, AE and other Military post offices. Your package will reach most military post offices within 2-5 days but from there it may take up 4 weeks to reach you.

6. International orders have been known to take up to 3-4 weeks depending on customs. Each country’s regulations are different and can hold the package for as long as they see fit or in fact reject the package. If your package is rejected or refused by your country then you will be notified upon it’s return and your money will be refunded.

Where is the manual for the Extender?
The manual was emailed to you at time of purchase and may have been deleted by your spam software.

Where is my Tracking Information?
For orders shipped within the USA tracking information will be automatically emailed directly from USPS.com at time of shipment. If you are using a spam blocker be sure to allow email from USPS.com.


Why is my Signature Required?
All packages shipped within the USA are shipped via US Postal Service Priority with Signature Confirmation. Your signature is required to complete the transaction and to ensure that you receive the package. If you are not home to receive your package please check with your local Post Office as soon as possible. Use the tracking information that is emailed to you directly from USPS.com at time of shipment to track your package.


Why Does my Billing Address Have to Match my Shipping Address?
We are only authorized to ship to the billing address and your signature is required. You may want to talk your bank (call the number on the back of your credit card) and add additional addresses to your account. Our policy is to error on the side of caution when it comes to your credit card security.


How Secure and Discreet is the Order System?
Ordering is 100% safe, secure, and discreet. You will not be contacted unless your information on the order form is incorrect. Billing addresses must match the shipping addresses. Email addresses must be active and functioning properly in order to receive your order confirmation and tracking information. If there are any mistakes with your order process then the product would most likely be returned to us and as a result would only delay the shipment further. Packages are shipped in an unmarked USPS Priority envelope or box and require your signature at time of delivery. There is nothing on the package that marks its contents. The customs form for International orders will say “Herbal Vitamins.”


How Long Will It Take To Get My Product Once I Order?
Credit card orders are processed the same day if placed before 5:00pm EST. Orders paid by money order are usually shipped within 24 hours of receipt of the money order. If you chose to pay by check your order will be shipped when the check clears which is usually 10-14 business days.

Average delivery time for orders shipped within the USA is about 2-5 days after the order has been processed. International orders can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks for delivery depending on your country’s customs policies. We are not responsible for customs delays. There are some cases where it could take longer if your order has to be fully verified as much as 3 extra days (holidays and long weekends), however this rarely happens.
